Stop and Go
A road trip. A pandemic. Two sisters who probably should have planned better.
When a COVID outbreak hits the nursing home where their grandmother lives, sisters Blake and Jamie pack up the car and drive across the country to bring her home. What follows is exactly as chaotic, funny, and unexpectedly touching as that premise deserves.
Co-written and co-directed by Mallory Everton and Stephen Meek, with Mallory and Whitney Call starring alongside each other, Stop and Go premiered at SXSW 2021 and was acquired by BuzzFeed Studios. It's the first JK! Studios feature — and proof that the same team that built Studio C could carry a feature film from first draft to film festival.
